Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Rescript collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Rescript is operated by Bloomhouse Labs, LLC ("Bloomhouse Labs," "we," "us").
What we collect
- Your phone number. Captured from caller ID when you call. It lets Rescript recognize you on a return call and send you your session summary.
- Call audio and transcripts. Calls are recorded and transcribed so Rescript can produce your summary and operate the service.
- Text messages. If you text the Rescript line, we receive and store the content you send.
- Payment information. If you buy a call pack, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use this information to run the call, generate your session summary, send you the summary and occasional follow-up texts, process payments, and maintain and improve the service. We do not use your session content to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your information.
Service providers
Rescript runs on a small number of third-party services that process data on our behalf. Each receives only what it needs to do its part:
- Vapi runs the voice call.
- OpenAI processes call transcripts to extract your summary.
- Twilio provides the phone number and sends and receives texts.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores inbound feedback texts.
Recording consent
Rescript records calls. You are told this, and by staying on the call you consent to it. If you prefer not to be recorded, please hang up.
How long we keep it
We keep call records, transcripts, and summaries for as long as needed to operate the service and for a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages.
- Email hello@bloomhouselabs.com to ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion.
Crisis content. If a call raises crisis, trauma, or self-harm, Rescript points you to 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. We may retain those records as needed for safety and legal reasons.
Children
Rescript is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No service can promise perfect security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
